Where Revenue Drive came from
We started Revenue Drive after spending time with UK electricians who were good at their trade and terrible at nothing. They were not struggling because of their skills. They were struggling because the phone rang and they missed it. Because customers searched for them and found someone else. Because they had no idea what was working and what was not.
Generic marketing agencies did not understand electricians. They sold websites. They ran ads. They did not understand job flow, call volume, EICR seasonality, or what an emergency call out actually means for a small electrical business.
So we built something different. Systems designed around how electricians actually work. Not what they should do in theory. What actually happens when you are two floors up in a consumer unit and the phone goes.
Revenue Drive is the operating infrastructure. Systems By Melly is the delivery vehicle. Both exist to serve one type of business: the UK electrician who is serious about growth.
